善緣美術坊皮影戲

將上演的戲碼有

1.龜兔三代賽跑~~ 一場龜兔賽跑,居然延續了三代,到底結局事甚麼呢？
跟我們熟悉的龜兔賽跑是一樣的結局嗎？

2.俠女的悲怨~~ 一位俠女,發了慈悲心要除暴安良,消滅色狼,保護女性同
胞. 到底她用甚麼方法來實現她的願望呢? 看了就知道！

另外表演結束後有皮影戲的製作解說,並帶領大家動手做皮影戲. 好玩喔！！


而應夢想社區群觀眾的要求,"包皮皮包"將再加演一場,就是這個星期日！

Special Show at Ren Jian Bao Puppet Theater. One day only!

As a special treat for you, we have invited our friend Lee Lai Yuan to
perform this saturday. She is a very strange and wonderful and
special woman, and you should really check out her show. Lai Yuan
does beautiful shadow puppet shows which she learned from her uncle,
the cool old shadow puppet master from the south. We dig Lai Yuan,
and we think you will dig her too. And this show will be real fun for
the kids too, with a shadow puppet making workshop for no extra
charge.

2 shows on Saturday, May 5-- 2pm and 7pm.

Each show includes 2 shadow puppet stories and a workshop:

1. "The Story of the Tortoise and the Hare for Three Generations"
This is Lai Yuan's great version of the classic tale of the race
between the tortoise and the hare.

2. "Lament Wish of Chivalrous Woman" The Chivalrous Woman says, "Now
whenever I turn on the tv all I see is sexual advertisements and news
about rape. That really makes me sad and angry. That's why I gotta
learn so many fighting skills to punish lechers and protect women.
When I catch a rapist if he does not repent, but only grins cheekily
and is shameless, I will draw the lecher's mark on his face to warn
others so that he will not go down the three evil paths in the future.
I will get rid of evil men for people. Goodbye!"

3. After the show, everyone is invited to stay for the workshop and
learn shadow puppet making with Lai Yuan for no extra charge. Fun!

And on Sunday, May 6 at 2pm we bring you a command performance of "The
Foreskin Show." We love this show so much, we just can't stop playing
it!

Also--Ren Jian Bao's new show, "La Llorona: The Weeping Woman" opens
the second weekend of May. Part weird Mexican ghost story, part
historical black comedy. More information about this show coming
soon!
